I ordered products with different shipping timelines. When will they arrive?

If your order includes products with varying shipping schedules, we’ll either combine or split the shipment based on your preference. Delivery will follow the confirmed timelines communicated to you.

Are there any delivery charges?

We offer free delivery across India, except for regions that fall outside our logistics partners’ service zones. Additional charges may apply for Out of Delivery Area (ODA) addresses.

Each item is securely packed using durable boxes and protective cushioning to ensure safe delivery and prevent damage during transit.

Can my order be expedited?

Our shipping timelines depend on product availability, quality checks, and packaging. Therefore, we cannot expedite orders once placed unless special arrangements are discussed before confirming the order.

Why does my shipment status show “Return to Origin (RTO)”?

Your shipment may be marked as RTO if:

Delivery attempts were unsuccessful

The provided address was incomplete

The contact number was unreachable

The delivery was refused

If your order returns to our Jodhpur warehouse, two-way delivery charges and handling fees will apply for re-shipping. Please contact our customer service team for assistance.

How do I know if a product is eligible for faster shipping?

Products ready for quick dispatch will be labeled as “Ready to Ship” or “Only a Few Left” on both the category and product pages.

How will my products be delivered?

All furniture, lighting, and décor items are shipped through our trusted Olivenest partner network. Products are securely packed to ensure safe delivery.
For multi-storey buildings, delivery to your specific floor depends on building access and our logistics partner’s policy.

Can I postpone my delivery?

If you wish to delay your shipment, please contact our customer care team before dispatch. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

Will I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes, a detailed invoice is provided with every order. You can also download it anytime from your account on our website.
