Refund Policy
This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which customers are eligible to receive a refund for purchases made on the Olivenest Platform by OLIVE HOME INC
1. Eligibility for Refund
A refund can be initiated only if:
The customer has successfully canceled the order before shipment.
The product has been approved for return due to valid reasons such as damage, defect, missing parts, or incorrect product delivered (subject to verification).
We offer 7 days of Return policy
The product is returned in its original condition with all packaging, tags, accessories, and invoice intact.
Refund claims will not be approved if:
The product is used, altered, or damaged by the customer.
The return request is made after the return period has expired.
The product falls under the non-returnable or made-to-order category unless received in a defective or damaged condition.
2. Refund Process
Refund is initiated only after successful pickup and verification of the returned product.
Verification includes quality checks to confirm the product meets return policy standards.
Once approved, the refund will be processed and credited within 7 (seven) business days from the date of verification.
3. Mode of Refund
The refund will be credited to the original mode of payment used at the time of placing the order.
No cash refunds will be issued.
In case of prepaid orders (credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking), the amount will be credited to the same account.
Time taken for the refund to reflect in your account may depend on your bank or payment service provider.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping or convenience fees are non-refundable.
If the product was delivered in damaged or defective condition (verified and accepted by Olivenest), shipping charges may be refunded at the company’s discretion.
5. Refund Rejection
Olivenest reserves the right to reject a refund request in the following cases:
Returned product fails quality inspection.
Product is returned without all original packaging or accessories.
Product has been tampered with or shows signs of usage.
In such cases, the product will be returned back to the customer, and no refund will be processed.
6. Made-to-Order (Custom) Products
No refunds are applicable for made-to-order or customized products once the order is placed.
Only in case of delivery of a damaged or defective product (verified by Olivenest), the product may be eligible for repair or replacement as per policy.
